When both spouses have custody issues and cannot reach a consensus and need the court’s assistance in distribution, they need to fill it out.

Form J is mainly used to state children’s matters. The court will decide the best arrangement for your children. The court will allocate the children’s rights based on the forms filled out by both parties regarding children’s matters. Of course, both parties will also need to hand over more accompanying documents when necessary. ,like:

  5. Parents’ financial situation

Both parties must complete and swear the form within the designated time before appearing in court, and give a copy to the other party.
