The financial statement, Form E, mainly states all the assets of both parties around the world and is used to distinguish or distribute joint marital property. The court will divide the property based on the statement of financial status filled out by both parties. Of course, both parties will also need to hand it over when necessary. More accompanying documents, such as:

Both parties must complete and swear the form within the designated time before appearing in court, and give a copy to the other party. Failure to fill it in will prevent the divorce process from being successfully completed and the court will not be able to issue a decree; incorrect filling in the form may lead to an imbalance in property distribution or an increase in alimony.
It is best to have it audited by a professional accountant, and our firm also provides this service.
